Blowing in the Wind
We came across these interesting wind "chimes'. Well, they aren't really chimes. They just spin in the wind. They were pretty cool though and they had hannah mesmerized. I thought it made a cool picture. So, here you go.

It was taken at a carnival. Some man had a booth and makes them.
