Tinkerbell Invites

Hannah has had her birthday party theme planned out for months. I asked her in February what kind of birthday party she wanted to have and without a second thought she said "a Tinkerbell Party". I tried and tried to change her mind (I wanted a Strawberry Shortcake party or a Candyland Party or a Fancy Nancy Party), but she wasn't about to falter. So, for the last several months it has been all about her Tinkerbell party.

So, I have of course given in and went with my daughter's wishes. Although I have dubbed it "An Enchanted Fairy (Tinkerbell) Party". Here are the invites that we handed out. I had them printed at Costco as postcards. They really turned out great.

What can we all say except you are an amazing person planning an amazing party and feeling absolutely miserable at 7 1/2 months pregnant!!! Don't overdue things - can you keep the party simple? How many little fairies did you invite this year? Let us know more of the party details. You should have Hannah wear the Tinker Bell costume we sent her for her party. It would be so cute to have her greet her friends wearing it. MOM

I'm not quite sure why you are so opposed to a Tinkerbell party? Don't get me wrong, even at 27 I would love to have a Fancy Nancy birthday party (especially with you throwing it) but there are a lot of great possiblities with Tinkerbell as well. You will be the greatest mom in her eyes when her big party day comes and that will make caving in so rewarding! Can't wait to hear all about the details and to see pics! I wish I had known about her party theme at Christmas, I would have made her tutu in different shades of green.
