Celebrating a president and a girl

Ella's birthday fell on President's Day this year.  how lucky is she.  School off.  Dad  home to celebrate and nothing but fun things to do all day.  Here is what we did to celebrate her day.

We went to IHOP for breakfast and since it was her birthday, they brought her some breakfast ice cream.

Then we hit the put-put course.  The kids have been wanting to go miniature golfing for a very long time.  This was the perfect day to do it.  They love miniature golf quite a bit!

Especially the course with the castle.

Then it was off to see the new Lego Movie.  

And then it was home for dinner and to open her presents.  My little girl is growing up so much.  She luckily still has a little girl voice, so I think she is still little although she isn't.  What a joy she is!
